If you're looking for an elegant, easy, crowd-pleasing meal, look no further. This creamy salmon is packed with flavor and is so rich and creamy that it practically melts in your mouth. I enjoy making this salmon because it uses ingredients I already have in my kitchen, and it's both light and delicious. I prepared this dish for my husband's birthday party and received numerous compliments, even from those who don't usually eat salmon. This recipe will definitely become a staple in your meal rotation.

Ingredients
Salmon fillets (skinless)
1 tablespoon Mrs. Dash
1 teaspoon salt
2 teaspoons garlic and herb seasoning
1 cup mayonnaise
1 cup heavy whipping cream
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F
In a mixing bowl, combine mayonnaise and heavy cream and stir until the mixture is smooth. Set aside.
Prepare salmon by cutting into two-inch pieces. Place salmon fillets in a baking dish and season.
Generously dip each fillet into cream mixture and place back into baking pan. If desired, you can add a few more tablespoons of cream on top. (We prefer our salmon extra creamy).
Place salmon into preheated oven and bake for 40-45 minutes, or until it flakes easily with a fork.
Baking tip: This recipe uses two whole fillets. If you're making just one fillet, simply cut all the ingredients in half!
