These Creamy Chicken Meatballs are super juicy and slathered in a flavorful creamy sauce. This one-pot recipe is the perfect dinner option. These homemade meatballs also make the prefect party and potluck food. You'll defiantly impress your guests with this simple, yet delicious dish.

Ingredients
For the Meatballs:
1 lb Grounded Chicken
3/4 cup Bread Crumbs
1 large Egg
1/4 cup grated Parmesan Cheese
1 teaspoon Salt
1 teaspoon Mrs. Dash
1 teaspoon 21 Seasoning Salute
4 tablespoons Olive Oil
For the Sauce:
1/2 Onion, diced
3 minced Garlic Cloves
1 tablespoon Butter
1 tablespoon Olive Oil
2 tablespoons Flour
1/2 cup Chicken Broth
2 cups Heavy Whipping Cream
Freshly chopped Parsley, for garnish
Instructions:
In a large bowl mix together 1 lb grounded chicken, 1 egg, 3/4 cups bread crumbs, 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese, and all seasonings until well combined. Form them into approximately 20-24 meatballs.
2. In a large saucepan heat 4 tablespoons olive oil, add meatballs and fry until brown on all sides. Remove onto plate. If using a smaller pan cook meatballs in batches.
3. To start making the sauce, heat 1 tablespoon butter and 1 tablespoon olive oil using the same pan. Add minced garlic, diced onion and sauté for 2-3 minutes. Whisk in 2 tablespoons flour and cook for a minute allowing flour to slightly brown. Gradually add 1/2 cup chicken broth and whisk constantly till sauce thickens.
4. Mix in 2 cups heavy whipping cream, add meatballs and simmer for 10 minutes allowing meatballs to cook through. Salt and pepper to taste. Garnish with freshly cut parsley.
